This cancellation policy applies to both private clients (consumers) and business clients who purchase services through the Browse KMG Directory, including but not limited to:
• Premium listing subscriptions
• One-time promotional add-ons
• Online content or directory-related bookings
Each product or service is subject to the specific terms and conditions set out in the agreement at the time of purchase.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (Private Clients)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or a country with equivalent consumer protection standards, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the service has not been fully rendered or accessed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
You forfeit your right of withdrawal early if:
• You begin using the purchased digital service (e.g., publishing a premium listing, accessing promotional tools) before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and
• You have expressly agreed to waive your withdrawal right in such cases (typically confirmed during the checkout process).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (email suffices) within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued via the original payment method.
3. Cancellation for Business Clients
Business clients (B2B) are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws. However, cancellation of services may be permitted under the terms set forth in the specific agreement at the time of purchase.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions to the Browse KMG Directory (e.g., Premium Listings) are governed by the respective subscription agreement:
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for partially used periods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Automatic renewals can be managed through your user account or by contacting us via email.
